What can I say! Check in was smooth, front end desk was very professional and helpful… Room was GREAT! Clean, spacious, huge bathroom and came with dishes, stove, microwave, full fridge and even a dishwasher. Staff was just awesome and very accommodating! Barb and the “GM”, YOU GUYS ROCK! Thanks for the needed time away from home. We will definitely be back!
I made a bone head move and forgot an important and expensive item in my room when I checked out. I was 4 hours away when I received a call from the front desk, they found my missing item I didn't realized I forgot. They kept me updated with the status and shipped it back to me very quickly. I'm thankful they found it and got it back to me. The staff were so nice during my stay and after.Rooms are dated, but very clean and spacious.
I am pleased with the facilities and the staff. Sam Ali, Sarah, Trisha, and Zoe have been especially friendly, helpful, and competent at their jobs.I enjoy having breakfast at 0630 every morning, and the food is decent, but prepared on time. Sam is a joy to greet on these mornings.The ergonomics of my desk in the dining/work area are conducive to my getting all my classwork accomplished. My bed is comfortable and housekeeping do a bang-up job of keeping the linens and towels clean. I'm also grateful for all the amenities!I've already extended my reservation for at least another month.Thanks for everything,Ken Gardner

The room is very spacious for my family to stay comfortable in. The kitchen was nice and big very convenient to cook in. The room was very cleaned had clean sheets and blankets as well on the pull out bed in the couch. Staff are very helpful,friendly,and attending to guests need's. Wonderful breakfast and dinner on Wednesday nights delicious food.
Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very nice, because you are in a building with only 4 rooms on first floor and 4 on second. The property has at least 12 of these individual buildings. With it being like this, the noise level was much better than you would experience in a regular hotel with internal hallway and rooms.I had our two Westie dogs with me. They charged me $150 non-refundable deposit, but it was worth it, as we never leave them at home for more than a few hours. This stay was for an emergency family member surgery, and had to book at short notice. Staff was very friendly, and accommodated me in adding an extra night stay twice.This hotel was SOOO much nicer than one we stayed at in downtown Green Bay, last year.
