East Village Food and Drink ZoneSituated on the East side of the stadium is our food and drink zone where concert goers can join fellow fans to soak up the pre-show atmosphereprior to entering the stadium.

The area will be open from 11:00 and close 30 minutes prior to the show starting. Alcohol will stop being served from one hour before show start.

Visitors to East Village will need to present a valid stadium ticket to enter, and spaces are limited. The stadium’s bag policyalso applies.

How do I get to Wembley Stadium?

Wembley Stadium benefits from easy access to three rail / London Underground stations.

Wembley Central station–Bakerloo Line & London Overground
Wembley Park station Metropolitan and Jubilee lines.

There will be a full closure of Wembley Stadium Station on Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23.

Chiltern Railway services will be in operation, however they will not stop at Wembley Stadium station.Spectators are encouraged to use Wembley Central and Wembley Park stations for travel to the stadium.On Friday, 21 the station will be operating services as normal.

All TfL services will be operating as normal with Wembley Central station (Bakerloo Line) and Wembley Park station (Jubilee & Metropolitan Line) providing regular services to the stadium.

Guests are encouraged to plan their journeys in advance to avoid disappointment or delay. Please allow sufficient time to walk to and enter the stadium.

Please check the National Rail and TfL Status Updates websites to look out for any service alteration details and for real-time journey updates.

Can I park at the stadium?

Parking at Wembley Stadium is limited and all spaces must be booked in advance via theWembley Official Parkingwebsite. Customers are advised to park via the official car parks only.

Blue badge parking is available for ticketholders with accessibility needs and this can also be booked directly through theWembley Official Parkingwebsite.

Are there any coach services to Wembley Stadium?National Express is the official coach partner to Wembley Stadium. National Express drop off at the stadium from over 30 locations around the UK making it the easiest and most convenient way to travel to Wembley.

Can I purchase food & drink at the stadium?Wembley Stadium offers an extensive range of food and drinks inside the stadium – more information is availablehere.All purchased food and drink can be takeninside the stadium bowl.

Guests with pitch standing tickets will need to decant all drinks into a cup before they can enter the pitch. No bottles are allowed (including water) in the standing area.

You cannot bring food or drink from the outside into the stadium with the exception of asmall plastic bottle to refill inside. (Max size 500ml and must be empty on entrance). This applies to those guests with seated tickets only.

Can I purchase official merchandise at the stadium?Yes. The merchandise megastore is located in Green Car Park. This will be open on both non-show days and show days.Additional units will also be around the Wembley footprint and inside the venue on show days.

Can I get free water at the stadium?
There are free water points on all levels of the stadium, including the pitch. Please make sure to keep hydrated at the show.

Empty soft-plastic bottles are fine to bring into the stadium (Max size 500ml and must be empty on entrance), these can then be filled at one of our free refillable water stations located inside the stadium. This applies to those with seating tickets only.

Anyone with a standing ticket will not be allowed to bring a bottle inside.

Metal bottles will not be permitted inside the stadium anywhere.

Can I bring my drink into the standing area?Drinks are allowed in the standing area but they must be decanted into a plastic cup beforehand. No bottles are allowed in the standing section. Free water will be available from water points at the side of the pitch.

It is my first time at Wembley. Where do I go if I need help?If you are lost, anxious, feeling unwell or just need help then please find your nearest steward who will be able to assist. We also have Customer Service information points on every level of the stadium where you can speak to a member of our team.

Can I smoke or vape at Wembley Stadium?No. Wembley Stadium is a no smoking /vaping venue.

How do I report any bad behaviour?Wembley Stadium has a zero-tolerance policy on any form of anti-social and discriminatory behaviour. To report an incident text HELP to 66566.

Can I bring cash?No. Wembley Stadium is a cashless venue. All food and drink kiosks accept card / contactless payment.

I have accessibility issues. Can I still come to the stadium?

Are there any age restrictions?No one under the age of 5 is allowed into the stadium for this event. Anyone between the age of 5-14 must be accompanied by an adult. No one under the age of 14 is permitted in the pitch standing areas.

Will I be safe at Wembley Stadium?The safety and security of fans at Wembley Stadium is of paramount importance. We work closely with the Police, the Safety Advisory Group and the relevant authorities to ensure that the stadium’s security protocols meet the highest standards.

I have medical requirements, can i get a bag exemption?Yes, we do issue bag exemptions for medical reasons. These must be submitted via our customer support portal in advance of theshow.

Can I bring in a sign, flag or banner?All posters or signs must be no bigger than A3 in size. Anything bigger is not permitted.

Can I bring in a Carabiner?Metal carabiners are not permitted, however plastic ones will be fine to bring into the stadium.

Can I come to the stadium if I don’t have a ticket?No. Anyone without a ticket should not travel to Wembley Stadium. No one is allowed to stand outside any entrance or on the Olympic Steps at the front of the stadium. Non ticket holders will be moved on.

Will there be listening parties or viewing galleries?No. Anyone hanging around outside the stadium will be moved on by security.
